healthy stocked refridgerator

i picked up this food this morning from the

bountiful baskets co-op! it is $50.00 worth of produce and i got it all for the price of $17.00! (thats just for the newbies, now everytime it well be $15.00) a loaf of hearty bread is $2.00 and i got a8 lb. flat of strawberries for only $8.00! If you live in the valley you are sure to find a site near you. it happens every two weeks. the produce is differant every time. it is a cheap way to eat healthy and try new fruit and vegtables. all ya do is sign up at the website and they will send you emails reminding you when to go and about what to do. i cant tell you how excited i am about this! i am so amazed at how much i got, and the quality of the produce!

on a personal level

here, we dance in the living room.



i want to be a better mother with a softer, quieter voice. more smiles on my face. more words of encouragement slip through my lips. more hugs (with thinner arms, i wish). i want to give them more service, pay more attention. color, play pretend parade and march around the house. particapate. not worry about the dust, the fingerprints... they dont matter... well, as much as my girls!:o) i want them to have good, happy memories of me. i need to change. i need to find the selfless, happy mother inside. i want to be a better mother. i am so very tired and on meds so i may look at this tomorrow and wonder what i was thinking when i was writing this. but it is from my heart. my blog is for me, my journal, my scrapbooking. it will become a book each year. i love to see new and old friends and share ideas and thoughts and stories with others, but i do this for my family. so i suppose i can speak from my heart.
{i am going to print this off tonight and read it again before bed. so inspirational and needed in my life.

doing the potty training thing. sigh. i have no energy for this. but it needs to be done, and i am not buying diapers anymore. (at least for the oldest one.) we went and bought new panties, seat, and a stool. she has had 2 successes and many more not so successful times today. i am off to start some lunch and spend the rest of my day forcing fluids and running her to the bathroom. lets cross our fingers!
