there has been a rainstorm every evening since we have been here. we couldn't have asked for greater weather! we are trying to spend as much time as we can outside, soaking it all in. callie especially loves it and will bolt to the back door when ever it gets opened!

my husband is joining us tomorrow! i am so excited! we might even get to go on a date! dinner and a movie maybe. we havent been to a movie in........

i dont even remember.

my favorite traveling treat. i dont know why, but i always seem to pick some of these up for in the car on a trip. maybe because they help me not get car sick. i really dont like to travel. the getting there and back part is what i really dont look forward to. but we made it and are here and having so much fun. the car dvd player again saved my life. i will probably be singing barney songs in my sleep for the next few nights. anything to keep the kids quite and happy, which is a must when i am traveling alone with my little ones. mark will be coming on sunday. i cant wait till you get here babe. we have some fun things planned!

taking advantage of a sale! so glad we bought a freezer! and i am going to attempt to make some fruit leather out of the peaches and strawberries that were on sale. update on that later!

i am packing for our trip to the mountain for the holiday. we will be there a week. so excited to get out of the heat and do some outdoorsy things with my family! i will be posting while im there so, more pictures and stories to come!
