2 weeks

my baby boy is 2 weeks old.
i've been peed on twice.
thrown up on once.(not spit up mind you.)
done massive amounts of laundry.
been up all hours of the night, to be expected.
i've stood in the shower and cried.
my girls have eaten halloween candy for breakfast.
my children are not adjusting so well.
my toilets have rings.
but he.... he is so cuddly and warm and smells so good. and i love him to pieces.

even if he keeps me up every hour at night.

ahhh.. thanks for telling it how it is, nice to know I'm not the only one. What a cutie! Have you ever heard of Pee Pee Tee Pee's? They cover the little.. you know what...that helped decreased the amount of sprays I recieved with my baby boy. So funny!

How do you get your header to fill up the space on your background? It is so cute.

Oh he's so cute! He looks like Addie to me. The first six weeks with three kids is really hard but it gets better. It can only go up! I'm sure you are doing a lot better than you think you are.

I'm so impressed that you've only been peed on twice! At two weeks I probably couldn't count how many times I had been peed on! Heck, I got peed on today and my baby is nearly 8 months old!!

He's so precious. I'm sorry it's rough with the girls, when Wyatt was born I was just shocked at how bad my twins were. It was like "Who are you and what have you done with my children?" I wasn't expecting it at all and just didn't even know what to do with them, it was so bad. I have no advice therefore, but I've been where you are now and you'll get through it. Promise!

Oh but just love on him as much as you can - I can't believe how quickly the time has flown. I feel a bit robbed, it went too fast!

HaHa I about died laughing when you said your kids were eating candy for breakfast. That is seriously how it is after having a baby let alone your third one. It will get easier as time goes on I promise but its quite the ride. I love you and I think you are doing a great job! The point is you are there for your kids whether they eat candy for breakfast or your toilets have been neglected. Your kids are not going to remember how clean the toilets are they are going to remember that mom was home with them and that she loved them and still does. Hats off to the new mommy of three!
