we headed up to brown creek one afternoon while visiting my parents. the fall leaves were so pretty and the bite in the air was just what i needed. we roasted hot dogs and the kids went on a walk with papa. walker hauled a gigantic stick around the fire pit, he likes to make my heart race.
it was a short outing , but felt so good to get out and feel fall.

love all these fall photos. I need to go somewhere with seasons. My kids are so confused.... no leaves are turning or falling here.....
